Seminole County Courthouse, Seminole County Courthouse Claiming I owe arrearage in child support even though I have doucumentation to prove otherwise Sanford Florida
Seminole County courthouse in addition to Florida Department of Revenue are forcing me to pay what they claim is child support arrearage. I had the DOR represent me for support of my daughter, who was in my custody and their handling of the case (attorney's failure to appear and not doing his job) cost me the case and actually prevented me from supporting my daughter. I requested and investigation into their handling of the case and it was all swept under the rug, so to speak. Seminole Courthouse is claiming I owe arrearage and refuse to look at any of the documentation, and have overlooked the fact that my ex has committed fraud and perjury several times.

Your right they don't care about perjury. My boyfriends x Collette h. perjury herself 6 times on 6 separate issues in order to gain child support. You can file a bar complaint on your lawyer, and Google you can file a complaint on the judge. Seminole county definitely rewards those who lie. My Grand Mother was right it's who you know and who you *. So true in Seminole county Florida court house.
