Since January 11, 2011, I have attempted to reach a customer service representative at SendMoreInfo.com.
On January 11, 2011, I submitted an online request for assistance through the "Contact Us" link at the website. My issue was that I had a credit balance in my account in November of 2010 of $9.40 -- which completely disappeared as of December 2010 to a zero balance-- and wanted the money I had earned reading their paid emails credited back to my account.
On January 19, 2011, I checked my customer service ticket (No. 5015) for the status of my request and found that no representative had been assigned to my inquiry, so I sent a second message reiterating my need to reach a representative.
After receiving no response by the end of January, on February 2, 2011, I again checked the website ticket and again, no representative had been assigned to my initial inquiry. I sent a third request under the same ticket number, expressing my frustration at their lack of response and AGAIN requesting an acknowledgement from customer service. Again, I waited and received no response.
Now truly frustrated, I submitted a new request (under new Ticket No. 5310) on March 6, 2011, referencing the first ticket number and actually including all the prior messages, hoping I would finally be assigned a representative to look into my issue. Unsurprisingly, I never received a response and no representative was assigned to the matter.
On April 11, 2011, three months to the day of my initial inquiry, I did some internet research and located a telephone number for SendMoreInfo.com's "parent" company, MidTenMedia.com and called them at telephone 615-264-4747. I spoke with an individual who informed me that I needed to speak with an individual named "Joe Butler", who handled the SendMoreInfo.com website for Midten Media.
He was unavailable, so I was transferred to his voicemail account, only to receive the message that his mailbox was full, and was summarily disconnected. I immediately called back, explained that I was unable to leave a message, and left a detailed request with the person who answered the phone to have Mr. Butler call me. Mr. Butler never returned my call.
Today, May 2, 2011, I attempted again to contact Mr. Butler at the number above only to find the telephone number disconnected.
At this point SendMoreInfo.com owes me $13.03 and I can find no way to contact the money to address my missing money.
