Seneca Skincare and Vitabella are being marketed as 'the next best thing' and even touting the support of Dr. OZ! They offer a free trial where typically you only pay for shipping (under $10 for both products). I fell for their scam, and they waited a couple of weeks and charged my card AGAIN for an additional $99. There is a phone number listed with the charge on my account, but so far nobody has ever been 'available' to take my call-regardless of what time of day I call. I left a message but of course nobody has called me back. I also responded to the support email that was sent out with the initial shipment comfirmation.
I am not interested in their product (even before the scam on my account) but they have not even send me a confirmation of a 2nd shipment...so apparently they only sell to you once then wreak havoc on your account without even bothering to ship additional product! (Which I would, of course, return!) Unless you are purchasing the not so 'free' trial with a disposable-one time use credit card...DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

There is NO WAY to get a refund from this company as the customer service numbers for both Vita Bella and Seneca are no longer in service. I have been trying all day. Next step will be to seek help from the credit card company.
This is not the way a legitimate business behaves.

This is a free 14 DAY trial. You must return the product wthin the 14 days. If not returned they will charge you for the FULL VALUE of each product and place you on a recurring monthly order. I called 888-507-0062and was promptly issued a refund. While I don't think its clear that you must return the products with the 14 days and the recurring monthly orders, they handled the refund request without issue on my FIRST phone call. I do like the products and would order them if the price was more reasonable.

I received a refund of the $99 relatively quickly once they called me back - which took a couple of days. I still feel this practice of charging a crazy amount without clear terms is shady, but they were quick to rectify with me one I spoke with them.
