I contracted this company to arrange appointments as I am an insurance broker providing a service to seniors. I lost over $1000.00 in using their telemarketing appointment. Not only did I NOT receive any appointments, but the so-called appointments made were angry as hell when I showed up-they said they told the caller they didnot want to see anyone and that the caller assured them that no one would be coming out. After meeting with at least 8 so-called appointments I was able to get the customer to calm down and share with me what was said by the caller- I discovered that the "4 questions" that the caller asked, in order to get cooperation in answering the questions, they assured them that no one would be coming out, and the telemarketer mis-representive by saying they were from medicare which is mis-representation and a seriorus offence.
They use a very very " PHONEY AUDITED FICTIOUS AND STAGED MP3 VOICE RECORDING" to make you feel like the appointment was pre-set.
The telemarketing is done outside of the U. S. and they all speak broken english and all pretend to have american names.
I urge anyone ripped-off by these pretenders to file a claim with the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, and the TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE to bring these criminals to justice.
