Beware of this company before it is TOO late. These scammers are out of Germany and can not be trusted. They claim they can help your SEO efforts and make all these claims. They even give you a 1 month trial for $1. Everything sounds good until you try there service. That is where the nightmares come in.

They first thing I found is that all my backlinks are done by hand and take me hours and hours to do. But this stupid company claims they were done by some crappy software which is bogus and not true. Then you examine there findings and you find more and more things wrong with the report that are ot correct.

Backlinking on my sites took years and countless hours by hand to make. To only come up with garbage remarks like this is absurd. Yes I also use a wide variety of backlinking which makes their comment even dumber. Plus all there other bogus findings on there report. Which is just garbage. So I contacted them by email and by there site. As I knew there findings were just BS. And was no longer interested and the last thing I wanted to do was continue there terrible service.

Everything went smooth so I thought. Only to find out weeks later that they took a payment after cancelling there terrible service. I hate to see anyone else fall for there bogus service. As it really is nothing more then a BIG SCAM. They offer no email support and have no live support on there website either. This is really bad SEO at its worse. Please Do NOT fall victim like we did. As these guys are nothing but crooks that must be stopped.

They are from Germany so they think they can take innocent victims from this country. This company is SCAMMERS in the worse way. PLEASE run and don't trust them with your payment method or you too will be sorry like we are. We really hate to see anybody else fall victims to these crooks

BBB canot be trusted

Surface Magic tried pointing out where this lady put her finger nails on the bottom of her tub after it was freshly coated. Voiding any and all warranties. BBB just ignored him. So he left the room. As he knew the BBB rep was being rude and ignorant. We pointed out how the marks matched her finger nails and everything. BBB just ignored us. We wrote in most or all in every piece we sent BBB. That she did this. But BBB just ignored that too. Sadly BBB can not be trusted. They claim they are unbiased and not to worry. But they aren'. Sadly BBB can not be trusted. Instaed they make false slanderous claims against companies. Not a good way to run a business. Beware of BBB in Amherst NY.

This customer contacted us through our support forum on March, 7th:



  • He told us that he was charged the regular monthly fee although he canceled.







  • It turned out that he sent the cancellation to a [email protected] email address intead of using the cancellation link on our website.







  • The cancellation process is explained on our website.







  • We answered the customer that he did not cancel the subscription and that the correct way to cancel a subscription was explained several times on the website.

Although we did nothing wrong, we told the customer that his charge was refunded as an exception. Obviously, the customer did not read this in our reply.

His answer was that he would file a ripoffreport.com report (which is the report above). The emails of the customer included a lot of insults and strong language.

Summary:



  • We answered the initial request of the customer within 30 minutes. Although it wasn't necessary, we refunded the charge.







  • The customer overlooked the part of the message in which we told him that the charge was refunded and sent us a harsh reply with a lot of insults. He also told us that he filed the report above.







  • We sent the customer another message in which we explained the issue once more.
