DO NOT USE SEPIA SOUND PRODUCTIONS esp if you are a female.
Philip hennen will try to steal the rights to your music. he wont give you your material on a file. and when or if he does chose too, he will bounce all of the tracks on to one track, and leave it so you can not change anything on your songs for further production. also; after recording your song (after it is a paid deal) he will tell you that its not finished and if you tell him "no no thats ok i want to take my song now" he will say ok well i have to charge x amout of hours to do the final mix rather you want it done or not. in other words he will trap you in to paying him more and more, 2 he also charges 3 dollars to burn your song to a disk and will not email it to you instead 3 if you are a FEMALE in all probablity he will speak to you in a disrespectfull tone after charging you tons of money. 4 he will change your song w/o your permission (notes, sound effects, reverb, volume, mix the beat as a whole ect)
after asking some males about how they felt about his services; most of them said they did not like HIM or how he changed their songs w/o their permisions.
Do Not use Sepia Sound Productions.
Their are tons of Productions companies that will give you not only a better price but not try to steal the rights to your music and/or with hold your files

I have been going to Sepia Sounds for about six years now and had been referred by a friend that had been already going for 3 -4 years. That said , that's about 10 years of direct or indirect sercive at Sepia Sounds Productions. I completely disagree with the woman's point of view and would like to cleify some facts : 1] Philip Hennen has never tried to "steal the rights to my music." Quite the oppistie Phil has added many guitar tracks probono or for free to my music , done extra mixing and mastering , helped with lyrical and musical concepts , arangement and many other "musical extras"over the years ( Thanks Phil). 2] Phil does not charge for the burning of cds just the blank cd and if you don't want a cd phil does email tracks... 3] I have brought various females to the studio... Both artists and personal company and Phil has never disrepected anyone he is not sexist so this women must have some personal grudge , Phil has always been extremly professional... and finally 4] Phil has not changed any of my music or anyone else as I do know other clients of Sepia Sounds ... So in closing I think this is just some personal grudge against Sepia Sounds and is pure hogwash Don't belive this biast and factually incorrect woman.

he bounced my other songs to the disck but one song in particular he locked so i couldnt use further production on it. but everythign els i said still stands im just correcting

I think i have an idea who wrote this negative report.She was a young artist whom i thought was talented so i gave her extra attention & services.(Music discounted or free,& considerable help with her production)She was just getting her writing & musicianship togethor so as kind of a mentor i helped her along.I was running a business so i did charge, but nowhere near what i was charging other clients at the time.She seemed to have some severe emotional issues & was a very sensitive girl(Her Mother even called me to talk to her when she was having some problems).She abrubtly stopped comming to me for reasons i don't know,but i assure you no argument or disagreement ever transpired. She got back in contact with me a COUPLE of YEARS later wanting me to find all shred of our material.I did my best & found most of it but i am not a storage facility & any project that sits dormant for more than 6 months is not my responsability.In closing i still think she is a talented young lady but i also gave her a tremendous amount of my talent & time with little acknowledgment. I have been Writing & Producing for artist for over fifteen years & this is about the first really unhappy client that would go to this extent. I think that speaks for it self. Peace
