Sequoia makes a lot of promises.
But, they'll also attempt to force you to sign documents which commit you to paying them between $10,000 and $100,000 even if they do absolutely nothing.
And they'll just stick this important document for you to sign in the middle of a packet of documents for your signature. There's no verbal disclosure.
To make this more aggregious, even if you tell them that you will not pay such rediculous and punitave fees, and they agree, they'll do this anyway.
Why? Because once they receive your signature, you're screwed and they know that. Personally, I would run, not walk, from these two guys!
