Do not do business with this company!!!
It has been 7 months since I ordered a vest for my service dog and it still has yet to arrive.
Trying to get a response from the Tuttles has been painful at best. Calls and e-mails go unanswered and I've had to resort to war dialing to get them to answer my calls.
Their typical response is that it will ship next week, well it's been 30 weeks and I still don't have a vest.
I've repeatedly asked for a refund on the vest so I can purchase one from someone who can deliver. This request to date has been ignored.
If you have a service dog, you know the importance of a vest with patches on it so you don't get all the stupid questions or comments such as:
"What is the dog for?"
"You're not allowed to have dogs in here"
"Can I pet her?"
A service dog is not a luxury, it's a necessity and these people should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of disabled people who need a service dog!!!!
