Sewing Machine Center, False warrantee, bad rating with BBB, liars and rip off artist...
First, I bought a new machine from these people,and was told that I would receive classes in with buying the machine,I was also told that the machine I was getting would do a small business(I told them I had no ideal about the machine,but I needed one to go into business with my sister) I was assured that this machine would do the work, I went with their word.
Not only that but they lied about The warentry, it is void if you use the machine in a small business. I foung that out though the people that builds the machine, Also they have 7 files on them at the, better business bureau. It sickens me how these people treat people!!!! I live about 100 miles from this store,I had to make appoitments to go to the classes so I did so 5 times and each time I was not given a class,each time I had people with me I have signed document for each one..
I have been cursed out by the man{ Old} and he yelled at me I tried to get him to take the machine back because it didn't do what I was told,but he wouldn't,so I turned them into the BBB and was told I had a good case, but they don't get involved in civil cases, so they gave me a number to call for free help, I was treated like trash because I didn't have money to pay for a lawyer, again I hit a brick wall.
I'm now going to another store that doesn't sell the machine I bought from this store,I bought me another machine and I'm now getting classes,and I am treated like a person and not so door mat, I spent 5400.00 for the first machine plus other cash items and now it is setting in my house, because I don't know how to use it, And these people got their money, And thats all they wanted!!!
I hope no one else gets their special treatment!!!!!!!!! They are liars and rip off artist...
