Jonathan, Save your BS for someone else!! You are engaing in FRAUD and I have the proof. I cancelled my subscription back in DEC 2008 and at the same time disputed the "autorenewal" which I never authorized. You sent me a confirmation that you suspended the autorenewal and cancelled my account, but you disputed my chargeback/dispute anyway. OK...I let that one go. Now, TODAY, I open my credit card statement and find TWO, thats right, TWO charges both made on 03/03/2009 for $19.99 each! What the hell is this? I never authorized these charges! What part of CANCEL do you not understand? Three months go by without any charges so I assume we are done, but then you take it upon yourself to charge my card again THREE MONTHS LATER? And, you charge it TWICE??? Now, you have cost me time and money, so I am reporting you to various authorities and most likely filing a civil lawsuit on you for my damages in both time and money you are costing me. I hope you enjoy the State of Nevada and the FBI on your back, and REALLY hope you enjoy paying my legal fees and court costs too. Wait for the summons.

Chris was offered a partial refund since she did not cancel prior to her account renewing. She was alerted in seven different places which included an email notification 10 days prior to renewal. All she had to do was respond to the renewal notification with "Cancel Please" or through our Contact Us page. She did neither of these prior to her renewal so we offered a partial refund to which she refused. We did try to settle this in a professional manner. She agreed to the renewal when she took the introductory offer but never let us know she wanted to cancel her membership so it was renewed as stated.
