These people are obviously scammers. First, was the autorenewal issue. I specifically declined auto renewal. Then I disputed the charge on my credit card and requested cancellation. They FOUGHT the dispute and REFUSED to cancel!! Now, THREE months later, I open my credit card statement today and they charged me TWICE for $19.99!! Not once, but TWICE!! The best part is, they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE phone#!! You CANNOT actually speak to anyone. "Customer Service" is by email only! If you are thinking of giving these creeps your credit card #, THINK AGAIN! RUN FAST!
