Not sure why you feel the need to call her stupid. She may just be naive as far as her ripoff goes. I read the same grammatical errors that you did and allowed for the possibility that English is not her first language.
Now to her situation as I understood it. Did you pay the $300 up front? That is not clear. Perhaps the $30 per month is towards that $300, and likely they have some kind of service charge they are adding along the way.
As a last resort, you may want to close that checking account and open a new one. That would force them to contact you.
You had to have authorized them at some point to take payment from your checking account and my advise to you is to never do that again with anyone.

I have been reading and participating in Ripoff Reports for quite a few years now, and I must admit that I have NEVER seen so many spelling, grammatical and syntax errors in a singular report in my entire life [ eg. "takeing" ?? "there" ?? "Support to" ?? "saiding" ?? "they people" ?? "dallors" ?? "ever paycheck" ?? "I dont no" ?? ]. Not to mention the total lack of capitalization and punctuation. I would dare say that this cretin has never set foot inside a school building, let alone completed any course of instruction. It's no wonder that he/she fell for this scam, as he/she has done his/her entire life. He/she makes Forrest Gump look like a freaking genius ( Stupid is, as stupid does ).
