Shane Dayman is fast talking restauranteur scam artist. Living in multiple regions (Regina, Langley, Edmonton, Kelowna, Nelson and Summerland over the last several years, we hired a Private Investigator to launch a suit again this criminal. We have found Shane Dayman is con artist and bounces cheques or does not pay his bills and provides false infomation to serveral Restaurant Owners. Restaurant Owners beware as he comes in half knowing how to talk the talk, but here are a list over the last 2 years of him scamming local Restaurants for Lease.
Failures to date include The Royal - Nelson BC (2013 lied about criminal record), The Branding Iron - Keremeos BC (2015 bounced first payment and did not pay second payments - RCMP called in), Kraut Haven - Summerland BC (2015).
Shane has self admittedly proclaimed he suffers from Mental Illness, Depression and a Gambling addict with a major Alcohol problems (refered to as Alcohol-Psycosis) according to his Facebook page is NOT at all mentally stable. He has threatened to sue us for Defimation of Character and Slander in the past, but we are not worried as we believe he have no money for Lawyers, but he may try to uphold these Court Proceedings himself. When he did not get his way, he became very, very verbally abusive to us and continually making idol threats. This is a portrait of a weak individual who lies, steals and cheats his way through life. Note: A person with a Criminal Record as lengthy as his will not be able to acquire a Liquor License in the Province of Brithish Columbia. Shane Daymans criminal history includes incarcaration for Assault of his Father-In-Law, Theft Under $5000.00, multiple Convictions for False Pretenses, Forgery, Impersonation With Intent, Theft Under $5000.00, Assault, another Assault and Uttering Threats.
