Peter E. Shaver And Shave Auto Center Riped me off for $7,624.00 for services I performed and then refused to pay me. San Bernardino And Redlands California
I contracted with Shaver Auto Center to provide Security Services for protection services of their property and vehicles. Before I contracted with then they had lots of problems with theft. After I provided security services they had no problems at all.
We went to work one day and they was gone, moved.
I took them to court and they showed up and lied all through the court hearing but the judge saw through their lies and awarded a full judgement to me.
Now my problem is location assetts, property, checking, savings and other assetts so I can get a writ of attachment applied and get the money they owe me.
If anyone has any information on assetts and can help me in any way it will be deeply appreciated and rewarding to you.

The truth is Peter Shaver is part owner of LA Hyundai at LAX, so for sure your attorney can do something about it. So, to be part owner, he had to put some money down, and there is where you can get your money back.

A CPA cannot locate assets of a company/person that is not a client My Father is a CPA and has been since 1974 You need to hire a Private Investigator - My Father did to locate assets that my sister's ex was hiding and that was money well spent The only thing you need a CPA for is taxes and audits by the IRS Good luck

LOCATE THE ASSETS. THEY MIGHT HAVE HIDDEN THEM SO YOU WILL NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN TRACE THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS -- GET A PRIVATE INVESTIGATION PREFERABLY SOMEONE WHO HAS A FORENSIC ACCOUNTANT THEY CAN FIND ANYTHING. MY DAD GOT A CPA AFTER HER RETIRED FROM LAW ENFORCEMENT AND HE COULD FIND ANYTHING. SADLY HE PASSED AWAY IN 1993 BUT IF MY FATHER COULD FIND THOSE ASSET THEN ANYBODY CAN.
