I purchased 1800 sq ft of Shaw Abundant Life carpet through Lowe's on 07/09/2011. The carpet has continuously loss fibers during cleaning and now is to the point of becoming thread bear. Lowe's contacted Shaw which declined to replace the carpet. When I contacted Shaw customer service I was told it was not there problem and I must hold either Lowe's or the company who actually produced the carpet for Shaw Liable for the problem.
They took no responsibility for there on carpet warranty. I plan to file arbitration against Shaw and Lowe's who both refuse to honor the stated warranty.
