Shawn Phelps Steve Scam Rental Listings in Mercer County New Jersey Area Trenton New Jersey
Scammers are taking photos from Zillow ads and creating fake rental ads on Craigslist. Scammer represents that they own the home when many of these homes are Bank Owned with active Listings that are for sale. Make sure you google the home address before giving anyone any money. Rental prices are usually below market for quick turn arounds. Many of the home do not have active utility services, and scammer tells prospective renters that they are responsible for establishing services. Fake leases are always provided as well as new keys to re-keyed locks.
