i wanted to make an offer on a property he had as a listing and he informed me that he was a foreclosure specialist and handled REO properties and he was in business to help me with this property. Then he called me to tell me we would have to wait on this property and he would get back to me. A few weeks later a secretary called me to do a follow up. So i waited. About two months later i drive by the property and someone had just moved a large trailer unto the property and so i go to the county assessors web site and find that the property had just be acquired and at one third the amount of what i had been willing to pay . So there you have it ....and he never returned my call to tell me what happened. I had cash for a cash offer.Needless to say, it's not worth trying to call him again , best to work with someone else. Another crook in the hood this Shawn Polson is.
