Shedix - Search Site Pro Gold Inoperable software, no customer service, will not refund purchase price ripoff Kiev Ukraine Internet
This company advertized a search engine "Search Site Pro" that would search for PDF files. On there suggestion our cash strapped organization bought their most expensive "Search Site Pro Gold", search software. The program will not do as they say. I offered to pay them more to set it up right but they won't answer there emails. They refuse to give us a refund but have locked us out of the program. I've contacted the company that collected our money "Share-it" they say they contacted The company and Shedix refused a refund.
We don't want something for nothing. All we want is that the program works a promised or they can have it back and give us a refund
