The 82nd Flying Training Wing harasses and stalks innocent civilians while training.. Apparently they fix a target on someone and follow the target around day and night. The Training is conducted over a large area of sparsely populated country land between Wichita Falls and Lawton Fort Sill, however some houses are situated in the training zone. Several people have called and complained about the noise coming from the prop driven planes that are used to train the 82nd Flying training wing of Sheppard Air Force Base located in Wichita Falls Texas. However many people have complained about being chased, followed, harassed, and targeted by these military planes. Upon calling in to complain many of thevictims are told to enjoy it "it's the sound of freedom". Many ranchers and farm owners have complained about the military planesfrightening their animals to the point that they are afraid to appoach their owners when called. The Air Space Commander was surprised when informed about the misconduct of his airmen and stated that as far as he knows there is no such misconduct being perpetrated by his airmen.Colonel Kevin Schneider has beennotified of the actions of his airmen ,but when asked what he plannedto do to stop it,he replied. "No comment" Many of the victims have also complained that thelights of the planes can be spotted over their homes at night and some planeseven pursue victims while driving their vehicles. "It's a shame that we've been shunned by our own government leaders in response to some of the actions by our own military men and women." said one of the victims. I can't even get a normal response from the Public Affairs office when I contact them regarding the harassment of these aircraft" said another. "It's always "well it's the sound of freedom, I hear it all day, or we have several thousand planes practicing over one area at a time, and they're doing it for America.. Well you know what? The sound of freedom is causing me migraine headaches." responded another victim."They should have to pay my doctors bill for this." replied another victim. "I've lived in Jefferson County for all my life, I'm now 79 years old and I ain't never heard this much noise from planes flying overhead. They do it all day and sometimes until late at night." Responded another victim. The planes would come right out of the west and fly over my land and the horses will go running around like crazy. I can't get em to water sometimes cause of the noise."Complained another victim.

So why are people and animalsbeing harassed by military planes? Are they being tested, or perhaps manipulated in some secret government experiment?Perhaps some day we'll know but for all those elderlycitizens who suffer from the constant noise and sometimes harassment of these aircraft, they'll have to wait until time reveals an answer. Until then I'll keep everyone updated on Rip off report.com.

This report is false. There are very tight airspace rules, especially after 9/11. It is highly unlikely that there was anyone in a plane chasing down cars or terrorizing horses. This is illogical. No doubt the USAF can track the planes movements and even if they can't, the reason why there has been no action taken is that there is no proof.

If someone goes to a hospital for migrane headaches, then they need to prove the result is because of the airplanes. If the problem is so bad that they have to go to the hospital, they should move. Another thing, how can one complain a plane has lights on it? That's so they don't crash into the cars and horses. It's for saftey, and if that terrorizes horses to the point where they won't come when called (something actually common outside of air fields), then that's a small price to pay for Airmen's lives.
