Some corrections need to be made to the complaint. The customer needs to take responsiblity for driving the car without oil in the engine, until the car dies. Most people with any auto knowledge know driving a car without oil in the system, damages the car. Car had no oil when arrived, and was unable to hold oil because of leak. We only repaired the most major of leaks. We did not tell the customer he had a busted oil pressure pump. We replaced an oil trap and related hoses. The trap had a hole in it, and was squirting oil out as fast as we were putting it in. We did not repair any part of the car that had to do with running problems. In addtion anyone doing business with this individual should be wary of payment methods. First payment given would not clear bank, second attempt on payment from someone in another state could not verify informtion, third attempt at payment has resulted in a stop payment on the check. Unfortunately this car has major issues, we repaired only one small problem. Even when the car was towed in after leaving, it was full of oil, and the trap we reapired was not leaking. The internal engine problem was caused by driving with no oil. We have no idea how that translates into his claim of negligence.
