Shop Ladder Run around, scam Pembroke Pines Florida
Placed order for item on January 23, 2015. Confirmation came stating, about to ship, cannot cancel. Well, that's a good thing, meaning it's going to ship soon. NOT! Later get another email saying item ships Feb 2, 2016. On Feb. 2 call the company to ask for tracking, they said it hasn't shipped yet, that it will ship directly from the manufacturer, to give it until end of business day. No tracking came via email.
Called the next day, they put me on hold while they contacted manufacturer to assure me my order was not cancelled, nor was it out of stock. It would now definitely ship on Feb 5. Feb 5 I receive an email item is out of stock. 2 weeks to finally tell me it is out of stock??? That is unacceptable!! You can tell they are scammers because every time you call, either the supervisor is not in yet, manager is in a meeting, the system is down.
I finally spoke to Steve Belamy, the supervisor which didn't do much good. He thought it was perfectly fine that they gave me the run around for 2 weeks about this item and told me I can purchase it on Amazon!! Then I spoke to Bill Rochelle, VP Operations. Of course nothing was resolved. It's bad enough they were out of stock the point is they should not have prolonged the agony so to speak.
