My complaint is not about the products they sell, but their return policy. They state that if you return a product within 30 they will refund your money.I did as they said,I sent my items,they reeived them and logged them in their records.I even can download my account info off their website,I even talked to some sympathetic soul in the credit dept. and she sent me shop NBC's own spread sheet on my account,and it also says the merchadise was returned.The problem is they will not take me out of collections.They just dont care.At the collection agency all I get is a voice mail. The bottom line is the products had to paid for in the first place since they were puchased with a credit card,they even credited my account,but they still will not take me out of collections.

After reading the problems all these people are having with the SHOP NBC, or it could be any of the shop at home shows....why not see if you can call the TESTIMONIAL line, when they're plugging these items. Maybe you can get on the air, and give your complaint. You may have to mislead the operator, telling them you want to talk about all the fun you've had with this product, but if you get on, what better forum. I don't know it they use a dump button with a delay, smart if they do, but if not,,,you would be doing a lot of people a service. I"m not saying one way or the other if what you've said is true, because there seems to be a lot of satisfied people with this machine, but if you truely got a lemon, I think they should do something about it. Just my 2 cents worth.
