I went online to buy jewelry from ShopDJJ.com because $9.00 sounded like a good price. The shipments were supposed to be twice a month, but it was twice a week! They charged my account $68 twice a week. I returned all of their shipments because they had told me that I would get a full refund. They said that it would take up to 10 days after they received the returned products to refund my account. It has been over a month and about 5 phone calls later and I still haven't received my refund. I called them today and they told me that they can only give me store credit. This is complete bs because there is no club to join or anyplace you can access your so called account through them. I told them that they need to refund my money to my credit card or I'll file a claim against them. I have filled out a fraud claim via my bank and I hope to get this all cleared up. If my bank and I can't get this fixed, I will try to get a lawyer to handle this case since so many people have been taken advantage of by this company. I have blacklisted a company a couple of years ago for manipulating and deceiving people. That company doesn't get much business anymore and neither will this one. Before you sign up for anything make sure you read the fine print and all documents attached to their site. Don't be a victim of scams like this!

I called them today (07/27/2009)and they told me that it will take 30-60 days for me to get my refund because I returned all my shipments before I canceled. So we shall see if I get the refund into my bank account. I will definitely keep this updated. They have taken a total of $349.00 from my account and cost me $319 in NSF fees.
