SHOPNBC NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE Ripoff Eden Praie Brooklyn Center Minnesota
I purchased a televison from SHOPNBC the vendor being
NIKKO electronics. The set arrived and I could not get several channels. I had the cable company out to check the antenna, wiring, etc, thinking that it was that.
It turn out to be the t.v. itself. I reported this to SHOPNBC the next day. I was advised that an RMA was going to be sent out to me by the vendor. A week went by and I called SHOPNBC to inquire again, still nothing. The after 2.5 weeks I asked for the vendor number myself. I contacted SHOPNBC again to advise them of this number and to make a record of it. I was told to not worry about the 30 days.
I sent the t.v. back to the vendor and it cost me a $130.00 to do so. They called once to ask me what to do about the t.v. I told them that I wanted a refund.
As of today (3 months later)I have contacted SHOPNBC 42 times with no resolution in sight. I have no t.v. and no refund at this point. Please do yourselves a favor and do not ever purchase anything from SHOPNC. They are NO help at all. I have been told over and over again that it is not there problem and I need to work out my "issues" with the vendo.
REPEAT-Do not purchase anything from SHOPNBC, They are rip-off!!!
