Shoppers Hotline Debit card contained only $50.00 instead of $110.00 Pittsburgh Pennsylvania
On December 2007 I cashed in 5,625 points. My rewards should have been a debit card for $110.00 in January 2008 I received the card to my dismay I only had it for $50.00 not the $110.00 I was suppose to receive. I call them and email them since January 2008 they continuously say wait 3 to 4 weeks this has been told to us since January 2008 and today April 3, 2008 to no avail. I keep emailing them to send me the remaining $60.00 but nothing. They even admit it was their mistake and that they will investigate. But still nothing.
