I ordered a mother of the bride dress from this shop and ordered it in champagne. I chose the color from the color chart on the web page of the store.When i recieved the dress, it was a yellow color. It was custom made for my size. I emailed them and told them it was daffodile and not champagne. She informed me that the dress was in good condition and it was custom made to my order and it was in fact champagne. However, I begged to differ with her. She has yet to respond to several emails that I sent to her in regards to this mix-up in color. The color mix-up was not my fault. I have less days to go for my daughter's wedding and would not be able to return the dress and have them send me the correct color. So I asked for a refund. This was a 173.30 dress that I am unable to wear and had to purchase another because of the time frame. I was willing to compromise and asked if she would at least give me a credit for something else in the store or at least give me partial money back since it was custom made and she would not be completely out a sale and I would not be completely out 173.30. Yet, still no response. I do not feel I should be stuck with a dress that I didn't get the right color in. On the packing slip it says champagne However it is yellow. I havent even tried the dress on because it is the wrong color. I can not get them to respond to any of my emails regarding this situation, even thought I let them know I was contacting someone else concerning this matter.
