False advertisement. On their online site they include the pictures of the shoes for you to see on the internet, which I ordered a pair of gym shoes from them under my husband's email address. Regarding the shoes I ordered online it had the word Brooklyn labeled on the side of the gym shoe, which you can clearly see on the photo of the gym shoe. The gym shoes we received has a bogus word labeled Broddga.
According to their policy I had 3 days from the time of receiving the merchandise to contact them, and which I did. Their other policy is you can exchange only. To date I have not receive a response from them, which I email them on two occassions. My request was to receive the shoes of my original order or exchange for a different pair. They refuse to service me or respond to my request. It took them two weeks to deliver the shoes, which they did not indicate that, but immediately they receive the payment.
