I ordered a sweater that totalled $90 in November of 2015. I waited about 3 months until I received the sweater in the wrong size. I contacted the company and they told me it would be all fine if I just sent it back. I paid the shipping fees, bringing my spending up past the $100 mark. For months after that, I never got anything. I emailed the company again and they told me I would be put on an immediate action list. Never heard anything back. I emailed them since then several times, and have not even received a response. I want my money back, and I want the sweater I ordered over 9 months ago, which was supposed to be a Christmas gift.
They said they would take care of me and put my case on their immediate action list, then never heard anything back, even after emailing them another three or four times.
