Ad on TV said buy one for $10 and get another for free. You will be charged 2 shipping fees of around $7.95 plus tax. I didn't ask for any upgrades. When I viewed my order it was $99.14. I called customer service and they told me they can't see my order yet, so I would have to call back in a few hours, but I can visit another web site and adjust my order. When I went to this web site, it said I would have to wait 24-48 hours to see my order. Please make others aware of this problem.
