Sidecar states to its drivers that they can set their own pricing. They regulate a maximum cap on it but you still can choose within a range.  However, when you choose your price rate they don't give it to you which is false advertisement and theft of funds that should have been made. 

I keep my rates at 1.5x which = to $3.00 a mile.

This is what has been happening and is only a brief example:

12/31/2014, 1:42am . at 17.9 miles should have been $58.00 after their cut 20% it would have been $46.40. Instead I was paid  $21.60.

12/31/2014 12:15am  10.5 miles should have been $25.20 after their 20% cut. Instead it was $21.60.

12/29/2014 2:36pm  9.5 miles should have been $22.80 after their cut. Instead I got paid $13.60, after a magical drop of my 1.5x to .8x again

12/15/2014 12:31am  should have been $56.64 instead I was paid $26.40 rate .7x instead of my 1.5

This is after multiple installs and deletion of the program off of my phone with a factory reset of my phone multiple times to make sure that its nothing wrong with my phone.
