These apartments start at $1,000 for one bedrooms and the price goes up from there. I moved in December 24, 2015 and in the past two months the following has occured:

  1. Not having a working mailbox/mailbox Key for a total of two months.

  2. The shower tile fell away from the wall while I was in the shower and almost crushed my foot.

  3. The Shower head was not sealed correctly and was spraying ever where. My Fiancé had to reseal the shower head.

  4. Upon move in our Dryer was missing the start button, because of this my Fiancé was electrocuted trying to fix a problem that the maintenance crew  clearly overlooked or thought unimportant.

  5. The water was not turned on and ready for use upon move in.

  6. The dryer finally shorted out and it took a week to get another one. We were told that we could use the dryer in the vacant unit which we did not want to be liable for. We did not understand the dryer in the vacant unit was could not be taken and put in our unit and a new one could be on order for the unit. Never recieved an answer.

  7. The install of the Dryer left the floor near the front door damaged.

  8. It took two months of asking to get a light bulb for outside our front door, while the unit next to ours still lacks a light.

  9. Our kitchen cabinets are falling apart due to too many screws being used for a quick fix which has split the wood that the cabinet door is screwed into.

  10. We weren't provided the lease until the day before move-in even after paying all the move-in fees and Deposits. The excuse was that the apartment need to be cleaned. We were told the apartment had been vacant for a while so why it was not cleaned sooner than the day before we moved in is beyond me. The apartment was NOT clean when we moved in, the cabinets still had food caked to them and there was what looked like dry wall dust everywhere.

  11. When the initial troubles started occuring we asked that we (My fiance or myself)  be contacted before maintenance entered the apartment due to our dogs being in there as well as items within the apartment that we don't want anyone besides us having access to. This has NEVER been followed and in one case maintenance walked in on my Fiancé while he was undressed.  Very UNACCEPTABLE.

  12. The boiler for the apartments has gone out repeatedly causing one instance where the water was turned off for 24 hours. Then there was another problem with the hot water on Friday  19th where there wasn’t any hot water for 12 hours or more.

  13. We ended up having to buy a snow shovel of our own as well as ice melt because the walk ways are hardly ever shoveled. The parking lot is dangerously slick and has been since the end of December.  

  14. Finally, the biggest and most resent problem consists of there being a massive hole in my closet ceiling.

    1. We contacted you on Monday the 15th that something was leaking into the ceiling and down the wall of our master closet. Maintenance came and cut a hole in to the ceiling re-sealed the leaking pipe and then put fans onto the soaked dry wall and carpet. Fans using our electricity.  This caused much of our clothes to be soaked as well as the carpet. The pad of the carpet was replaced but only after maintenance entered without notice and we confronted you all on why we were not even contacted about a random person not employed by Sienna was given access to our home. We have yet to hear back from you as to when the dry wall and water damaged 2x4’s will be replaced and the hole in our ceiling will be sealed. The cieling has still yet to be fixed as of March 1st, 2016.

  15. They also charge $50.00 processing fee's to the tenant if the staff doesn't deposit the rent check on time.
