This is by far the WORST company I have ever done business with. Please do not believe the positive reviews, they are all scams. I ordered 2 chairs on May 26, my credit card was charged the same day. A few weeks later, they sent a link to view the products and they were incorrect. I told them of their error, they said they would rectify it and this will not delay shipping. Their delivery estimate is 8-10 weeks. Its Sep 18 today, and I have still not received my products.

I emailed them several times. Each time they give vague responses. They send a link to FedEx, shipping label created on July 30. I ask them for updated information, they email back that they will have to contact FedEx and need 24-48 hours. 5 days later no response. I tell them that I have never had such a bad experience, and that I will dispute the charge with my credit card company if they don't respond with specifics. They give me the same parrot-like response and send the same FedEx link.

So today I finally gave up and disputed the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT buy products from here. Their shipping charges are ridiculously low to be believable. Shipping from overseas costs $$$, I have contacted so many companies and the charges are high for furniture. Unfortunately these people don't know how to do business. 

While placing an order, their salespeople are super super friendly and responsive. While contacting customer service, you get a mailbox to leave a message, and you can only reach them via email, delayed response and terrible service post-order and delivery.

It is now 3 months and 3 weeks, and I don't know where the product is. They sent an email that on Aug 28 I will receive a call for delivery, nada, nothing. I am so relieved I didn't place an order for more products, which I almost did!

Please stay away from this scam of a business. If you do want to buy international products, I suggest visiting worldmarket.com. I bought a nice reasonable trunk that was delivered promptly and looks fetching in my entry area. Or subscribe to sites such as onekingslane.com or jossandmain.com, they tend to have a lot of variety of items on sale. I kept eyeing chairs on these sites and wanted to purchase but I had already ordered with Sierra.
