Sierra Pines Mobile Home Park, Sierra Pines General Store, Larry Richard Cameron - Beware Of A Dangerous Man That Is Abusive & A Drunk Markleeville, California

Larry Richard Cameron is a very shady and abusive man. He was the former manager of Sierra Pines Mobile Home Park, but recently purchased it with the money from his mother dying. He is VERY scary and dangerous. He should be in jail with the way he behaves. Larry seems nice and easy going, but once you cross him, you should be very scared of what he will do. Larry has intimidated several people, and also has severe problems with the IRS.
Larrys newest scam is running the Sierra Pines Mobile Home Park. He is using Craigslist to lure people into his new property and taking deposits he has no intentions of refunding or holding the deposit hostage until he feels like its time to return the money (breaking the law). He is defrauding several innocent people.
Once you return to these run down mobile homes that he PROMISES will be done early you get drunk workers trying to rush to get your place done. He then could care less, and responds like nothing is wrong - however it is a major issue. If you ask for any type of landlord fix, he will do it on his OWN time, which means you will sit for days, before anyone shows up.
He also runs Kirkwood Ski Lodge & has prostitutes working there providing services for the customers in which he takes a percentage of their money that is a PIMP. This guy is very shady, not to be trusted, and his friends/family are also shady & aware of his unethical practices. The bar tried to run was ruined, because Larry decided to slash tires of one of his customers for crossing him someone you should be very scared of.
Keep yourself safe from this drunk abusive maniac, and if you have fallen victim to his scary madness, you should contact the authorities to file a report. It isnt the first time Larry has been in trouble for doing abusive behavior to people.
