My and my wife are not associated with any of the parties in any way. We have used this product and just ran out. I happened to be looking up the means to purchase more. I am surprised the disgruntled ex employee's would attempt to defame a company and their products after selling a great deal of it. The mispelled words is also a testiment of sorts to the lady custom. Some people just make a habit of trying to get over on the good will of companies and tried to get the product for free. I find it telling that the products were never left for the salesperson to retrieve!!! This tells me that she loved the products and did not want to pay for them. Anyway, the pricey concentrated producted lived up to its billing, and met our expections very sufficiently. We bought off a door to door salesman in Channahon Illinois a couple of years ago and split a case with our father in law.

now i used to work for this so called "company" the products "clean and simple" is just a bunch of crap they have you work 12 hours for a 20% commision and if you dont make quota you dont get anything you stave and you get yelled at and treated like crap.... its like a labor camp and they dont care all they care is that you go out and you get money i admit i was doing good in the company and john the owner if im correct rushed me to the other side of the country me needing a job and being promised lots of cash who wouldnt.... anyways i worked my butt of and i never got payed..... don and all the "drivers" are drug useing and con artisted people i hope that this company gose to hell and the product they had me "demo" was worthless a baby g was 45 bucks and a gallon was 75..... i could go to the store and get the same thing for 65 dollars cheaper. and the sales tacktic is to take "mrs jones" out of the house no matter was and completly harrass the person i got mass tickets that they say they where going to pay and they didnt.... they messed up my enlistment prosses in the army... but i got it settled.... its a work slave labor cause and i hope that they go bankrupt and Ali the traviling manager gets shot where ever in california he is now.... but last of all the product is water and pine sol.... thats it... no fancy crap they say it is the stuff dosnt work and its just crap and im getting mad just typing sorry for the rambbling.... and if a travling salemen comes to you door dont open it lock the door and call the police. many people get raped and assalted by door to door companys look it up and you will see thank you for reading

C u s t o m e r S e r v i c e 7/25/08 RE: clean & simple To Whom it may concern: We have been in business since 1994 with over 800, 000 happy customers, which include television and movie stars, world famous singers, professional athletes and some of the highest ranking politicians in the country as well as everyday hard working people. We also fill literally thousands of dollars worth of reorders every single month, a fake company? We don't think so. The primary reason that we follow the ''72 hour right of rescission'' as set forth by the Consumer Trade Commission is to protect our Independent Distributors. If they don't pick up the product then the order is charged to them in full. As a rule of thumb most of the sales representatives or Independent Distributors are still working in the same area within that 72 hour period. In this case, Ms. Thoa contacted the company one full week after her initial purchase stating that she had placed a stop payment on her check. In lieu of her cancellation we had asked our product manager to stop by and pick it up the unwanted product. Sierra Solutions attempted to pick up the product only one time, and it was not there or made available to us. Rich did knock on the door, however no one answered. He left without any product. We feel that we have made a reasonable effort to retrieve the product. Ms. Thoa refused to make it available to us. Only then did we attempt to cash Ms. Thoa's check. We might add that the small number of complaints we receive relative to Sierra Solutions huge number of sales has everything to do with the professional care of the Customer Service team, and our professional Independent Distributors. In other words... you can make most of the people happy most of the time but you can't make all he people happy all the time! In short, this situation is comparable to someone purchasing a new car, not making payments and then hiding it from the repo company expecting to keep it for free.
