Signant Financial Group fails to refund over $2400 of unused refund for RV extended warranty contract issued at Chesaco RV dealership in Joppa, Maryland Vacaville, California
I to am a victim of the Signet FInancial Group ripoff scam. I purchased an RV extended warranty worth more than $2400 and was promised a full refund if unused.
I filed for the refund with no success in contacting the company. I followed the proper guidelines for filing a report by written letter first, then by phone. I got a message saying that the phone number was no longer in service and had been disconnected.
Also, my letter with the refund filing was returned saying that the post office box the letter was addressed to was no longer in use.
