This is a person who hired PRECISION ELEVATOR SERVICES and walked away without paying his sub-contractOR PRECISION ELEVATOR SWERVICES, and its owner JOHN SCRANTON. This " T H I E F " has been in TROUBLE BEFORE. This is nothing NEW TO this creature, this thief. To prove my point go to the INTERNET and St. Petersburg Times Search and you will find an article written by IVAN PENN who can be reached at the St. Petersburg Times desk at ( 727 ) 892-2332, who will fax you a copy he wrote on this T H I E F in an Article published in the St. Petersburg Times on APRIL 25, 2010. This David HELMS is a T H I E F. We are about to bring a LAWSUIT against DAVID HELMS and will wait 60 days after the JUDGMENT as directed by THE STATE ATORNEY GENERAL, THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE and THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL REGULATIONS , THJE BUREAU OF LICENSES & PERMITS, THE FDLE and other State & County bodies to convict DAVID HELMS on a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION that will go foward after the 60th day after the JUDGMENT was entered. We want this T H I E F in JAIL. He stole some $15,000.00 from PRECISION ELEVATOR SERVICES . His Attorney Mr. Knaust is living in an illusion and is in need of serious HELP if he believes that his client did nothing WRONG. HELMS IS A THIEF, and we want him in JAIL.
