Signtronix Dramicie Hiss Boss Lance ripoff and dishonesty Torrance California
I to have had a visit with Dramacie Condra in my shop supose to be selling me LED signs by signtronix. While talking with him in my store. I was told that after paying this 6000 for the signs I would own them.
Nothing was mentioned about after having paid this amount I would have to hand them back or keep paying for them. On the 9th of June I recieved a letter with there first time seen terms. Which I then read about that and also now they want to charge me a waiver for 4.95 every month untill I get them insured?..
On receipt of these signs I called them within 2 days and spoke to a women and explained to her that I have the wrong signs. The two I have are smaller than the ones that were ordered..
She calls me back and ask"s me to send pictures of the signs and email them to her. So I did this and her reply to me was that the signs are labelled wrongly. I have the right ones.(???)
Amazingly though I have on both the order and my agreement the sizes of the ones I should of got. I thank them for doing this.
If I was told this was a lease only I would never had signed up for them. I was lied to.. as I asked Dramacie 3 times Do I own these.??. His reply to me was yes. 3 times.
Now I am less 700 dollars.. have 2 smaller signs and find out that I dont own them at all. Where is Dramacie Condra..?? I know he got my money and left town.
I am returning the signs back to signtronix with a letter. I do not appreciate the way they have treated me ... Blatenly lying decieving and taken advatage of.. I am ashamed and disgusted in the way a big company can just do this to people.

Here it is the 28th day of june. As I said I did return the sign"s back to the company at my exspense. They then put it in the hands of a collection agency which contacted me. I then discussed the situation with them and the company has decided to cancel out of the contract and refund me back my $700 deposit. I should have this back to me in 10 days.My experience with them has cost me and I am glad it is all over. Beware... Good Luck to you all sincerly Elizabeth
