Since you are a Signtronix employee, I will address your statement..I resigned from Signtronix after just Two Weeks because I felt Signtronix was employing Unethical Business Practices; 1 Day Close, Grossly Over Charging for its Signs vs. Competitors, High Pressure Sales Tactics, Highest Cost Sign Leasing, No Business Cards and No Call Backs were allowed, misrepresentation of facts in their Sales Presentation, etc.......If you can prove different, please do...

The deposit goes into the pocket of the salesman and you know it. It is only for that person, so quit lying!

Why would you sign a contract without reading it completely? If you don't understand something in the contract, ask the dealer to explain it, and maybe write out his explainations to be sent in with the order. Even two days after your contract is written, work has already been done on it. The people who process orders don't work free. Graphic artists are very expensive. That is why a deposit is taken, to pay for the beginning part of the work and to ensure that your serious about fufilling your end of the contract. The company will fufill their end.

I understand you lost your deposit but it is right in your contract that deposit's are non refundable .....and second signtronix had been around for 40 plus years helping businesses make more profits and create a better image just check the sba goverment web site for a case study on frenchy's bistro in california The sign's Create a massive amount of profits ....you should call the dealer up and see if you can get a credit of your deposit towards your new sign and I am sure the dealer will honer it.. and start making $500 plus a week for the rest of your business life... If you didn't think it would work why did you give the salesman a check!
