Silva Captial, LLC They Rip-Off There Workers Plus There Clients & More Honolulu Hawaii
First of all managment is bad. They don't treat there workers like there are supposed to be treated. They tell you that you can work anytime between 8am and 8pm. But then after they start pressuring you to be there from 8 to 8.
What the hell is that we all have families. There assistant Joesph Kolhorst is terrible he treats everyone like crap.
They lie to there customers. They charge them 8% on loans what the hell is that an extra $30,000 added to there loan.
They still owe many of there employees money...
SO DONT WORK OR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM....
I am a ex-employee and I wish I never got into anything with them.
