I was the one who contacted with Ms.
Stacey and asked her if she wanted the 2 rings or 1 ring, then she told me she
wanted the 2 rings if not a refund, but she also wanted to know what was the
size of the ring had in stock, so logically i thought she might still want the
1 ring...
i emailed her every single week but never got a reply after a week or two.
I emailed her and asked her, but no reply after nearly 2 weeks and asked for a
refund, i asked her again if she wanted refund for both or 1 ring, so we could
send her the ring we had. (both rings she ordered was exactly the same ring and
same size and we had only 1 left)
She again emailed us after a week or 2 and asked for a refund, and we refunded
her in full.
We again apology for any delay or inconvenience we may have caused with your
order, but again if you would have answered our emails on time you wouldn't
have had to wait or be suspicious.
If we were a scam or fraud we wouldnt have answered any of your emails nor
refunded your payment in full.
