Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
when we first moved in I was out of town for the weekend someone came in and changed my bedroom lock without permission and broke the bedroom blind.  I reported maintenance issues about a broken phone jack that someone cut before we moved in no one will fix it.  The manager is very arrogant with us everytime we need to speak to her or report anything.  Then at christmas time my son's truck was towed out of our personnel drive way because it was bearly on the grass.  I feel like we are being targeted from this management to do heathenistic things to us.  I dont know why.  But someone malicously came in after we moved in with a key and performed a maintenance act and changed a bedroom lock now I cant lock it

and they also broke a blind  I paid a $660 Deposit at Move in.  When I reported it I was verbally attacted and accussed of accussing the maintenance wich I did not but feel pretty sure it is the managements maintenance that did it.  Then at dark around christmas time someone litterly came to our lot got out of there vehicle and made an inspection to see where my sons tires were wich were bearly on the grass and without notice towed it.  This cost $290.00.  The Texas towing commission sais that proper notice is required.

The manager could have called the towing company and done something about it but refused.  My son was bearly on the grass at night and didnt even know he was.  Im not sure if the management gets a kick back or not.  The courteous thing to have done was to give us a notice or warning.  This company's

Manager is not resident friendly and comes off very arrogant.  She does not put forth any effort to make the customer me feel good about being here.  When reporting the work orders they fixed some things and left the rest.  I know that someone was in my home after move in and performed a maintenance act to be malicious and damaged the blinds.  I also found bleach spots on my carpet around the same time we had just moved in.  I did not report this because I thought maybe we had something on our shoes and caused it.  But I really feel that they want to make sure and get all my deposit when we move so they went in after we moved in and intentionally damaged the property and did a malicious act of changing the lock just to mess with us and the blinds were broken so someone can look in.  I feel like they are playing a game with us .  I have been in property management for over 10 years and I know that something funky with that office is going on.
