Silvercity Services Inc. Fidelity International Said I was randomly selected as the winner of $250,000 Toronto ontario
I recieved a letter in the mail stating that i was randomly selected as the winner of the sum of $250,000. They also sent a check in the amount of $4,980 stating that it was to enable me to pay applicable taxes via wastern union/ money gram. Then it said do not attempt to use the check until I called Martin Greg supposedly the claim agent.

Where's the rip off ???? You received a check and a letter. How is this a rip off ? What did you do with the check ??? Please file a more complete report.
