Jason is wrong. I believe the dealership was in the process of changing from being called Bob Beatty Ford to Simi Valley Ford. Doesn't really matter. Also I must state that Jason told me I had to return my leased vehicle ONLY to Simi Valley Ford and no other dealership. NOT TRUE. Also, if as he states, I got the car from Bob Beatty, why would I have to return it to Simi Valley Ford if it's two different dealerships? I know what they did to me and Costco has it on record.

Doug neglects to mention that he purchased his vehicle from Bob Beaty Ford. As a pure point of fact, Simi Valley Ford did not even exist at the time he purchased his vehicle. Doug has been in to Simi Valley Ford recently to drop off the 2002 Ford Explorer he had leased from Bob Beaty Ford. When his over mileage fees and damage charges were calculated, he decided not to drop off the vehicle at Simi Valley Ford. Since he has never done business with Simi Valley Ford, we hope that Doug will now do the honorable thing and retract his unfounded allegations against Simi Valley Ford. By the way, if there are any Costco members in the Simi Valley area, please contact Ron Schenk directly at (805) 583-0333 to obtain your discounted "no-haggle" Costco price.
