I feel robbed. If I would have known I was paying for a free service I would never have even touched the keyboard! I would have called the IRS and requested my free EIN number instead of paying $137 for something THEY DIDN'T EVEN SEND ME!!! I was supposed to get my number in the mail... I never did. If I would have got it I never would have called the IRS and found out I had gotten ripped off. I mean, they never even sent it!!! I payed $137 for NOTHING!!! I constantly check my mail so its not like I missed it. Anyhow, just do yourself a favor and never buy ANYTHING from this misleading, cheating and horrible company that has NO customer service!!! This chick was a real beotch when I called and she was basically taunting me to file a credit card dispute, which I did!!! I don't understand why simplefilings pops up when you type in IRS in the search bar... why doesn't the IRS POP up? D**n Google to h**l for giving me a F***ING headache. I wrote a giant paper and put a ad up on eBay that slanders their crappy company... HEY www.simplefilings.com, guess what!? It's been a few days and its already got 116 hits!!! Lol, pretty soon every online entrepreneurial dreamer will know your petty tricks!!! You f***ed with the wrong guy!!! I'm gonna create some bullshit kindle book that exposes you for what you are... A bunch of f***ing thieves, that's who! I'm a pro-seller on Amazon.com too, and I just might create a new line of products that describe every aspect of your cons!!! I can do that, and don't think I won't. I'm gonna leave that ad on eBay for the rest of my life if it takes... rot in h**l sculptures bags...115 hits in a week... hmmm that's about 6000 hits a year... not bad.. everyone WILL KNOW.

I should also mention that I apologize if the filing specialist you spoke to on the phone was rude. That is certainly not our practice here. It could be that the individual was having a difficult day. Which is not an excuse -- full professionalism and courtesy should always be maintained -- but it is possibly an explanation.

We assist customers every day with preparing documents and conducting filings at the federal, state, and local levels, including LLC Formations, Incorporations, DBA Registrations, Federal Tax IDs (EINs), S-Corporation Elections, Entity Classification Elections, and more. People can conduct any business filing on their own, or they can enlist the help of a third party company that has performed that same filing many times before. And there are of course many costs associated with running any business.
 
To the issue of why you never received your EIN: It could be that you never provided the required signature. If that was the case, we would have e-mailed you to remind you that it was required. And e-mails can sometimes get filtered to spam or bulk mail folders. Another possibility is you may have accidentally mis-spelled some of your information when entering it into our site, such as your name which would result in an IRS rejection which we would have e-mailed you about. Or perhaps you accidentally typo'd your e-mail address when entering it into our site. In any case, if a customer contacts us with an issue such as any of the issues above, we can correct the issues immediately.

So we apologize for any negative experience, but it is not in line with the majority of our customers. Regardless, we will take it to heart and strive to continue improving.
