This is a scam organization. I thought there was a law against someone perpetuating fraud. They are using a public federal site and charging for free services. They give the illusion that they are helping you but in reality they aren't. I called my credit card company and reported them for fraud. The Social Security Administration said they were a fake organization and a scam. How come they are still allowed to do this?

“They sell something they don't own that is free.”
They are not selling; they are providing a service for people that are too stupid or lazy to prepare and file documentation. It isn’t a good deal but it also is not a scam. If someone is standing on the street corner handing out free ice cream bars it isn’t a scam if I charge you a fee to get you an ice cream bar because you’re too lazy to walk down there and get one for yourself.
