 I deposit a check for 2000.00 on September 2nd. Funds were not available to me until Wednesday the 6 th. The night of the 6 th they placed a hold on my account. I called the key bank account which is our business account to ask if their was a problem. Cause I could clearly see that the 2000.00 had been taken out of our key bank account. Key bank sent me copies of the front and bank of the check clearly showing that the funds had been paid to simple.com to place in my account for my debit card. I had used the card multiple times the day of the 6 th. So they are holding my money for no reason. They will not tell me why, they have told me I am not eligible to speak to their customer service or a supervisor and three customer agents have hung up on me. All that I want is my money back and close my account. I am the founder of a non profit that rescues children and women from sex and human trafficking. I was having all our employees, vendors , and orphanages to sign up with this company cause I thought it would be the easiest and fastest way for us to pay everyone. I have told everyone to close their account. I would never ever do business with a company that has treated me just the way they have on the phone. How can you be not eligible to speak with someone on the phone or a supervisor. I just dont get it? I want my money back and my account closed. I have sent about five emails today requesting this. No responds ...please helps us to get the word out so no one else has to go through this nightmare. Key bank has been trying to contact them all day today. They are refusing to talk with key bank. Thanks.
