Ordered free trial just pay shipping.  Surprise!  14 days later my credit card is charged $79.95 making it go over the limit!  No where on the order form did it say I was automatically signing up for refills of their crap product twice a month!!!!!  Don't do it!  Skip this crap!  Trying to reach them now to stop these charges.  Also going to try my bank.

It is now October 4, 2017.  Been waiting for refund for months.  Unable to reach anyone by phone anymore.  Email attemps come back stating I should call the number that I can't reach anyone on.  I followed the return instructions to a tee!  Product was unopened and addressed correctly with all my account #'s on front of envelope, just like they told me to do.  Still no $89.95.  This company is a complete rip off, from the product not being real, to the charging your credit card without letting you now to the return policy.  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!


Guess I'm not getting that refund.

Still waiting for refund.  It is now 8/15/2017.  Have emailed multiple times.  They send rude reply stating I need to call customer service.  I call customer service, and no one seems to be answering their line.  Ever.  Please do not order from this seller.  I am out $79.95 and I'm never getting it back, even though I followed the "company" policy and returned the unopened product just as they said to do it.

Mailed UNOPENED product back to company on 7/17/17.  Waiting for refund of $79.95.  Had to file report with the BBB just to get the information I needed to send the product back.  I suggest, if you haven't done so already, to file a report with the BBB if you want this company to contact you with the information you need to return their product.

OK.  Sent email to  [email protected] .  Received a response about 2 hours later from [email protected]  That stated I would need to call 855-901-0050.  Called the number and spoke to a woman who informed me that my new charge from July 6 2017 for $79.95 was actually for THE BOTTLE THAT I ALREADY RECEIVED THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A TRIAL FOR $5.95!!!  She stated that since I didn't call and tell them I didn't want refills that they went ahead and charged me for the "trial" bottle again for $79.95!!!  As I informed her, NO WHERE on the order form did it say that I had to call them for anything!  They did not state on the order form that they would be charging me AGAIN for a product I already paid for and that I was also signed up for automatic refills!  So, I cannot get a refund for the item.  Lady on phone told me my account has no been cancelled.  I'm not really buying that, so I am going to call mastercard to see if I can block any further charges from this company to my card.  THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.  DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!  My card is now overdrawn, throwing my whole bank account off.
