I signed up for a trial account on June 13th. On the same day, I sent a CANCELLATION REQUEST to the email address as instructed on their website [email protected]. I even got an automated response confirming receipt of my message.
Today, my account was charged $69.99. This is FRAUD. This is criminal. I am waiting for a response from them to see if they will credit my account.

Simplx.com has been in business for over six years, and strives to
provide the best dropshipping service possible. With this in mind,
we will address each of the complaints/accusations in the order this
individual has stated. Simplx values, respects, and cares about each
customer who chooses to apply or purchase our services.
Because our service requires the customer to work and have access to
several resources in order for it to work, we require customers to
fill out an application, which is reviewed before any customer can
sign-up. Simplx does not want to sell our services to any customer
which cannot utilize them.
We have receive several hundred applications each day, and in order
to separate those who are legitimately interested, versus those who
are just seeking information, we provide an application fee for those
who are legitimately interested. Our application fee is optional,
meaning we do not require the application fee in order to fill out
the first two pages of the application. Only customers who are
legitimately interested should apply and pay the application fee.
This customer expected immediate access to our service by paying the application fee, but no where on our application or on the payment page does it state that the customer would be received such a service. The exact words on the application fee payment page are as follows:
Because of the number of applications we receive each day, we have recently implemented a non-refundable $19.95 application fee. Application fee includes 30 day review of Simplx program information and additional benefits.
As stated in the information above, the application fee goes to pay
for a review of the Simplx program. Additional benefits include a
rushed application. We are unclear why the customer expected to
receive an account after paying the application fee, because it is
never stated on the Simplx website or in the terms of the application
fee that an account would be provided upon payment of the application
fee.
We cannot confirm the information which is stated concerning the
phone call, but we can confirm that Simplx provided the services
which were promised on the site and on the application. The
application promises contact from a representative, which the
customer states they received. The customer did not agree with out
pricing model, and that is fine, the customer is not forced to
purchase anything from our company.
Again, Simplx wants to provide the services or products which are promised, and is not trying to rip off any customers. Simplx values, respects, and cares about each customer and is not trying to scam any customer out of their money. Because we care about each customer, we encourage customers to provide feedback on their experience with Simplx. Customers can know that any feedback or complaints they would like to send to Simplx can be done so via email at [email protected] Simplx can usually provide responses to any complaints within 1 business day to any customer who submits a complaint at this email address. We are confident we can resolve your concern or complaint, even if we need to provide free products or services to do so.
Sincerely,
Simplx.com

I too had bad dealings with this company!! They don't respond to any of your inquiries UNLESS it will bring them a profit. I had tried many times over to get a concern resolved and never did. They are NOT who they claim to be, as far as what they offer their customers and follow none of their claims from their website. DO NOT do business with Simplx.com unless you too would like to be toyed with and your precious time wasted!

Thank god for this site, I too was looking at simplx for a drop shipper, I filled out the app but when it went to a page for a payment i was surprised. When filling out the app it said you were to be contacted and nothing about any money. So OFCOURSE when i got to that page i hd to come here and check it out. Just like what people here say about the scam sales pitch happened. I was ready for them tho after reading reports here and also by getting ripped off by Doba, another CRAP company that takes you for a ride. Thank you so much for this site, I don't know what i would do without you!!

On October 12, 2006, I took a calculated risk and allowed Simplx.com to charge my business card $19.95 to apply for their drop shipping service, and presumably, have immediate ability to review their inventory; allowing a more informed decision to further purse a business relationship with them. After being charged $19.95, I was informed Due to a high volume of applications we receive, one of our Broker Advisors will contact you within the next 3 to 5 business days to review and discuss your application. If you have questions regarding the status of your application, please call our Corporate Headquarters at 1-888-335-6126. On Thursday, October 26, 2006, I sent an email to [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] informing them that after 14-days no one has contacted me, I've called several times and reached the proverbial IVR on each call. Scott, from Simplx.com, called on Saturday, October 28, 2006, to sell me services that I already have. In closing, I take solace in a $20 (twenty dollars) lesson well learned; to be extremely cautious approaching internet drop shippers like Simplx.com.

Does anyone have anything to say about the company's actual service? I talked to someone on the phone, and they said their membership fees start at $99. Way less than the thousands someone up there was talking about. I asked them about the brands they carry (I'm interested in selling clothing, but only name brands) and they have what I'm looking for. It's sounds good, but has anyone actually worked with them? I'd like to hear from someone who has gotten past being charged $19.95.

Thanks, Heather Anderson Simplicity Group Human Resources Director Account Manager TODAY IS SEPT 25TH 2006 & I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND. I aslo donated a 19.95 application fee and after speaking with one the reps (Joshua). I told him that I would get back to him this would allow me to do some reaserch on this company. After reading all the comments posted here. One would have to be insane to give your company a penny more than the 20.00 dollar application fee, because of all the negative feedback.Even if your company was legit everyone that has taken the time to share their experiances and opinions can't all be wrong.Think about it the people here don't know each other, and probably don't have much in common, and I think in most cases wouldn't make the comments about simplx if they were not worthy of it. Where there is smoke there is fire.

Yvonne: I too am looking to start selling online. Would you be willing to share with me via email who you use for dropshipping? I read where you mentioned a good reliable company you use. I have googled dropshipping online only to find out that most companies have a lot of bad things said about them on ripoffreport.com Thanks
