Simply Garcinia, Simply Coffee Bean Theiving company...they get your card information and keep billing it. When you cancel they cut the price in half and keep billing! Then say there is no proof that you canceled...Ended up ripping me off for 84.00 and their product is totally ineffective to boot! Salt Lake City and Lehi, Utah Internet
I, unfortunately ordered a "free" trial of Simply Garcinia and Simply Coffee Bean....within 2 weeks they had billed my credit card for 163.72. I immediately called and canceled.
Done....right? Nope, the following month I recieved more product with a new charge on my account for 81.86. This began in June 2014. I have called, and I have filed disputes with my credit card company. I have been refunded for some of it thanks to my credit card company.
However, I am still out almost $90.00......why? Because although my original phone call cancelling this product was recorded the company says they somehow "lost' the recording. Yes, they have on file that I called, but without that recording they can't know that I cancelled. Therefore I am financially responsible for that shipment!
The product itself is a scam!! It does absolutely nothing......but this entire operation is nothing but fraud and theft.
