I started this business on 04/09/2015 and after 30 days I went through hell. I first responded to an ad and spoke with Zavier about the business and checked out their web site. After a few days of doing research I decided to enroll in the premier $3,000 plan and paid half first. Zavier said my web site will be up within 24 hrs and sent me a start up guide. I followed the guide and signed up for seller's account with amazon, rakuten, bonanza, and sears right away. Suddenly Zavier stop responding to my calls as much and it seems like he's stuck when I ask questions about the selling web site and details about selling. 

After 5 days into the business I started having regrets signing up. No products were uploaded to my seller's account and my personal web site is still under construction. I called Zavier to cancel my subscription and he told me he would call me back...then Thomas called me and claimed he's Zavier's partner and he's the one that manages the whole operation. Thomas said he will treat my account as though it was his and promised he will personally guide me through the process. We spoke about 5-10 minutes each day for the first 3 days...after that he told me to direct all my questions to Ola, as she will be taking care of my account now.
 
Communicating with Ola is very tough for she only answer my questions until the next day and she's off on the weekend. I then ran into a some issues with a customer that wanted a refund because items we sent was broken. I tried calling Thomas and emailing Ola to have it resolve but they were unhelpful and dragged things on. After a week when the customer got so pissed off and escalated their claim with Amazon..Amazon decided to refund the customer money out of my account and suspended my account. I was fed up again and called Thomas to cancel but he won't let me saying that he doesn't work for free and I need to give it more time. I grind my teeth and gave it a little more time and was ignored for the next 3 weeks...so far what I get from the business is an Amazon suspended account, Rakuten account with 30 products no sale, bonanza account with 40 products no sale, and a 5 products ebay seller account....finally I saw the true faces of these scammers but stuck in not knowing what to do. All the incentives on their web site at simplydropshipping.com are fake just to lure people in and rob people of their money. At the same time making them money when purchasing merchandise from them...

I tried calling the 3rd time to cancel but they still won't give me back my money and told me good luck when I threatened to take this to small claim. Hope anyone that reads this can avoid going through what I went through. These scammer are robbing people in the day light and there's little that we can do...I wish that Karma will serve them right in the end.
